I need help…I brought my granddaughter a zhu zhu pet for Christmas and it does not work. I have replaced the batteries 3 times but the only time it makes sounds is if you push the head and back button at the same time. The motor has never worked on it. It is Mr. Squiggles. I am very disappointed in this. I can’t return it because I brought it off of someone on Craigslist, but the package had never been opened. Is there hope for this zhu zhu pet or should I just trash it?

A lot of people are having problems with them. You may have noticed that you don’t see them advertised anymore. I would get her a new and better toy. These fads come and go, and unfortunately many of them are very lacking in quality.
